Abus Modrop Mountain Bike Helmet | Velvet Black | Small

When you're tackling technical mountain bike trails that demand serious protection without compromising ventilation or comfort, this German-engineered helmet delivers the performance you need. Designed specifically for aggressive trail riding and enduro applications, this helmet combines robust safety standards with thoughtful aerodynamics and a refined fit system that keeps you secure whether you're climbing steep pitches or descending rocky terrain at speed. ABUS has engineered this model to protect riders who refuse to sacrifice comfort during long days in the saddle.

• Robust in-mold construction bonds EPS foam directly to polycarbonate shell for lightweight durability
• Comprehensive ventilation system with multiple airflow channels prevents heat buildup during intense climbs
• Precision dial fit system allows micro-adjustments for personalized helmet security and comfort
• Adjustable visor shields eyes from sun glare and branches without adding excessive weight
• Multi-directional Impact Protection (MIPS) technology reduces rotational forces during angled impacts
• Meets CE EN 1078 safety certification and exceeds standard impact protection requirements
• Strategically positioned padding with moisture-wicking materials enhances all-day wearing comfort
• Internal retention webbing adjusts to different head shapes for stable, wobble-free fit

On the trail, this helmet performs with the kind of refined engineering ABUS is known for. The ventilation channels actively pull cool air through the helmet structure, making it suitable for warm-weather riding without the stuffiness of closed designs. The visor extends far enough to block sun and overhead branches, yet remains compact enough that it won't interfere with your field of vision or catch on low-hanging obstacles. The fit system responds instantly to adjustments—no tools required—allowing you to dial in the perfect tension whether you're wearing the helmet fresh or after working up a sweat. Real-world riders appreciate how the helmet stays planted during technical descents and remains comfortable during grinding climbs, making it equally suited to cross-country push efforts and gravity-focused downhill sections.

This helmet is ideal for serious mountain bikers who ride technical terrain regularly and demand professional-grade protection without unnecessary bulk. Whether you're a dedicated trail enthusiast, enduro racer, or rider who tackles everything from flowing singletrack to rocky technical sections, this ABUS model provides the security and ventilation needed for confident, all-day performance.
