Order Tracking
When your items are shipped out, within 1-2 days you will receive a notification from us via email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.
If you haven't received one or the tracking number doesn't work, contact us and we'll be happy to take a look for you.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at Info@theoutdoorgeeks.com
Order cut off time
We ship orders out Monday - Friday and the cut off time for placing an order is 5pm
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been dispatched.
I Am Missing Hardware. Can You Send Me The Missing Piece?
If you are missing specific hardware, please send in a request through the contact us page so we can try to replace it for you.
Damages & Issues:
If your order arrives damaged or opened, immediately tell the driver that you are refusing the package due to damage. Do NOT accept the package. If a damaged or opened package has been left in your absence, you will have to contact the shipping company. You have 24 hours to notify us that you received a damaged product. We will not accept responsibility for any damaged claims after 24 hours.
