The Outdoor Geeks Return & Refund Policy

If you wish to return an item you purchased from The Outdoor Geeks, please read the following policy, which includes all the information necessary to return or exchange your order.

 

30-day Return Policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means all parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid RMA number. We do not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions. To obtain an RMA number, submit a request through the contact form describing the issue and reason of return. Once your return has been accepted we will provide you with a RMA number and instructions on how to return.

 

Do you provide free return shipping?

 

Yes, all returns are free of charge. We will provide you with a free return shipping label once your return has been accepted.

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return & let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. Some banks may vary in the time it takes to show up on your statement.

 

Is there any restocking fee?

 

There’s no restocking fee.

 

Return Conditions

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It also must include all the parts originally supplied.

 

Items with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deemed non-returnable.

 

Return Process

 

To start a return, contact us at info@theoutdoorgeeks.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA number as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A free return shipping label will be provided to return the package.

 

 

How can I return an item?

 

All returns must be sent in the mail. We don’t offer in store returns.

 

Damages / incorrect items:

 

If your order arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery and contact us within 24 hours to let us know so we can rectify the situation for you. If your order arrives incorrect, contact us and we will provide a free return label and send the correct item out for you.

 

How will I get the return label?

 

Once your return has been accepted we will provide you with a free returns shipping label that you can download & print.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

 

All refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. If it has gone past this time, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will investigate this for you.

 

Exchanges

 

We only exchange damaged, wrong products, wrong size, or defective products. If you need to exchange an item, please get in touch with us at: info@theoutdoorgeeks.com

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Can I change my shipping address?

 

Yes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change the shipping address. If you contact us after 24 hours and your order has already shipped, you will have to return for a full refund.
